Elisa Harmon is a native of Napoleon, Ohio. She graduated from Capital University in 2002 and was commissioned into the United States Army as a Military Intelligence Officer. After receiving an educational delay to attend law school, she graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2005 and served in the US Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps on Active Duty until 2010 when she and her family returned to Henry County.
Elisa’s areas of practice include real estate matters, contracts, estate planning, estate and trust administration and litigation, and business formation and operation. Elisa is also a title agent with Black Swamp Title Agency, LLC and is a professional in the firm’s alternative dispute resolution section.
She is active in her community, serving as the current President of the Henry County Bar Association, is on the Henry County Chamber of Commerce Board, the President of the Henry County Community Foundation, a Board member of Henry County CASA, and the Cloverbud Leader for North Florida 4-H group. Elisa and her family reside in Henry County.
